Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, emails, and sales orders on a daily basis
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and initial offers in Zoho CRM
- Process purchase orders / sales orders and coordinate approvals
- Verify order details such as price, quantity, GST, payment terms, and delivery details
- Follow up with customers for quotations, pending orders, and payments
- Coordinate dispatch planning, freight arrangements, and shipment documentation
- Maintain customer communication and follow-up records in Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams including Technical, Accounts, Plant, QA, and Logistics
- Prepare daily reports and maintain sales / payment / dispatch records
Required Skills:
- Experience in Sales Coordination / Order Processing / Back Office Sales
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM / ERP systems
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of quotations, dispatch, freight, invoicing, and payment follow-up
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and reporting
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
