Roles and Responsibilities of Admission Counselor
- Work towards achieving the admission target/goal assigned by the donor for each batch and ensure the quarterly target of 135 students admissions is achieved.
- Attend phone calls, messages, online inquiries, and walk-in inquiries from students and parents.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarship information, and admission procedures clearly.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and clarify their doubts regarding the program and career opportunities.
- Conduct counseling sessions and motivate students to enroll in the course.
- Take admissions for the course and complete the enrollment process accurately.
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions on a regular basis.
- Maintain all admission-related registers, reports, files, and documentation properly.
- Assist students in completing admission formalities, document submission, and fee payment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly to achieve admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative team regarding admission status and batch updates.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly admission updates/reports to the respective head.
- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Support promotional activities, awareness programs, and admission campaigns conducted by the institution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
