- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, MongoDB. Proficient in working with JSON/XML, RESTful APIs.
- Experience in working with MongoDB, including database design, CRUD operations, indexing, query optimization and performance tuning.
- Strong background in software development, testing, API integration and system integration, with a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable applications.
- Skilled in designing and developing scalable web applications that align with business and technical requirements.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, software design methodologies and software design patterns.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, implementing Change Requests (CRs) and delivering solutions that meet client expectations with high quality.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues, debugging applications and performing root cause analysis.
- Capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams to build high-performance and reliable applications.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities while meeting project deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Excellent analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable solutions.
- Experience in working with Git, Linux and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments for application development and support.

Understanding Business Requirements
- Understand business requirements and client expectations.
- Ask relevant clarification questions when requirements are incomplete or unclear.
- Differentiate between functional and technical requirements.
Dependency Analysis
- Identify project dependencies such as required inputs, sample files, API readiness, client sign-offs and environment availability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all prerequisites are completed before development begins.
Communication Skills
- Explain technical concepts and issues in a clear and simple manner when communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ask precise clarification questions to avoid misunderstandings.
- Prepare professional emails, status updates and technical communications.
- Discuss technical solutions, implementation approaches, risks and dependencies with clients and other 3PP teams.
- Document meeting discussions, assumptions, decisions and action items.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare and review technical documents such as Change Requests (CRs), Technical Documents, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, implementation plans and deployment related documents.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation for future reference.
Support & Deployment
- Be available for staging and production deployments.
- Provide deployment support during business hours as well as off-hours when required.
- Monitor deployments, validate successful implementation and provide post-deployment support to resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with 3PP teams and stakeholders during deployment activities to ensure smooth and successful releases.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
