How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Handling complete New hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for North America and UK

Tier 1 Payroll Support

Employee benefit administration for USA and UK / APAC Regions
-
Handling Background Verifications for North America and UK / APAC Regions
-
Handling Employee referencing for North America and UK / APAC Regions
-
Employee leave administration for North America and UK / APAC Regions
-
Employee performance management administration for North America and UK / APAC Regions
-
Employee profile management: Trouble shoot queries related to login/access roles/passwords
-
Vendor management and Invoice Processing USA and UK / APAC Regions
-
Documentation: Process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards based on client’s expectations and internal requirements
-
Compliance: Ensuring local and compliances of supporting countries are adhered
-
Participation in internal and external audits
-
Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiate changes due to change in regulatory requirement or change in technology
-
Develop and implement real-time automation solutions using VBA and Macros to streamline HR processes and reporting.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing VBA scripts and Macros to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
-
3–7 years of HR Operations experience.
Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC regions.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience in VBA Automation and Macro Development (Mandatory).
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Office, and HRIS/ERPsystems.

About you
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.

Experience supporting North America, UK, or APAC regions preferred.

Hands-on experience in VBA Automation and Macro Development is mandatory.
