Job Summary
The Banking Collection Executive is responsible for managing overdue customer accounts, following up with customers for timely repayment, and achieving collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through telephone calls regarding overdue loan/credit card payments.
- Follow up with customers to understand payment issues and negotiate suitable repayment solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-up on assigned delinquent accounts.
- Inform customers about outstanding amounts, due dates, penalties, and available repayment options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, payments, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify high-risk and potentially defaulting accounts and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow up on promised-to-pay (PTP) cases and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Willingness to undertake field visits, where applicable.
- Positive attitude and strong result-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, collections, recovery, or field sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
