Job Summary
Aansh Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and explain Aansh Services' offerings to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback regularly.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
