Job Title: Support Staff / Office Support Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Support Staff member to handle daily office support work, maintain stock records in Excel, coordinate with customers, and communicate with internal employees for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily stock records in Microsoft Excel.
- Update inward and outward stock entries accurately.
- Check stock availability and inform the concerned team when stock is low.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, queries, delivery status, and follow-ups.
- Support employees and departments with day-to-day coordination work.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication, stock movement, and office tasks.
- Assist in preparing basic reports in Excel.
- Follow up with vendors, customers, or team members when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers and office staff.
- Handle general office support activities as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
- Should be able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
- Basic understanding of stock management will be preferred.
