Job Title- Sales Executive (Solar Rooftop Systems)
Experience: 1–5 Years of sales experience (solar/renewable industry preferred)
Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in field sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and digital platforms
- Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Conduct client meetings and site visits with technical coordination
- Explain solar system benefits, ROI, net metering, and government subsidies to customers
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track daily sales activities and maintain reports in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–5 years of sales experience (solar/renewable industry preferred)
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and net metering is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of government solar subsidy schemes and financing options
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and convincing manner
