Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting employee onboarding, and handling day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong sourcing skills, good stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition:
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with the HR/department managers and obtaining detailed job briefs.
Develop sourcing strategies for different roles across functions.
Source quality candidates through multiple channels, including:
Job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Social media platforms
Employee referrals
Recruitment agencies
Professional networks
Internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
2. HR Operations
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll and administration for new joiners.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial organizations is an advantage.
Knowledge of SPINE HRMS software will be an added advantage.
