Performance Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Growth
About the Role
Eduflair Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive our lead generation strategy. This role is responsible for generating high-quality admissions-ready leads and improving marketing performance across all paid channels.
This is not a Social Media Manager or SEO-focused role. We are looking for someone with strong expertise in performance marketing, paid campaigns, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage Meta, Google, and YouTube advertising campaigns.
* Drive lead generation through paid marketing channels.
* Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
* Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
* Monitor Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Admission (CPA), and Marketing ROI.
* Work closely with the Sales, Media, and Content teams.
* Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
* Coordinate with external marketing agencies and ensure performance.
Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign optimization.
* Experience with CRM, lead funnels, and marketing automation.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Ability to manage marketing budgets and improve ROI.
* Experience in EdTech or high-volume lead generation is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
