Shift Incharge - VMC
Work Experience: 3-6 Years
- Proven experience as CNC/VMC operating /Setting/Programming.
- Can handle the manpower, material, machines.
- Encourage employees to fulfill the targets.
- Train & make team for Punctuality, discipline & Efficiency.
- Trouble shoot.
- Responsible for Quality of machined job.
- Proper Reporting to Reporting authority.
- Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.
- Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.
- Knowledge of G Code - M Code.
- Expertise in operating CNC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
- Prepare daily production report.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
- Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.
- Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.
- Ability to give training to trainee Operator.
- Good communication abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach.
- Cooperate team members
- Drawing Understanding
- Process Sheet Understanding
- Route Card Understanding
- Use of all instrument
- Knowledge of all Machining Cycle and knowledge of all Machine Control
- 4-Axis Setting
- Knowledge of Tooling and Machining Parameter
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
