We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our Shopify-based online store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product management, inventory control, order processing, website maintenance, promotional activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Shopify e-commerce store on a daily basis.
- Create, upload, and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants.
- Organize product categories and collections.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely fulfillment.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, discount codes, and offers.
- Perform basic SEO optimization for products and website content.
- Monitor website performance and prepare sales reports.
- Identify and resolve website, product, or order-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to improve online sales performance.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Shopify and E-commerce operations (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin Panel.
- Experience in product listing, inventory management, and order management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
