Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) for field sales. The candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales in their respective segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits
- Meet potential customers and explain products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales (preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Basic understanding of residential / C&I segment (preferred)
Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives to support the sales team by handling initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and coordinating meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain CRM and follow-up with leads
- Provide basic product/service information to clients
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales/tele sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Positive attitude and team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
