About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Career Counseling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling students, understanding their educational and career goals, providing information about courses, training programs, internships, and career opportunities, and guiding them toward the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound calls to students, parents, and job seekers.
✅ Explain career counseling services, training programs, internships, and educational opportunities.
✅ Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
✅ Schedule counseling sessions and appointments.
✅ Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and student information in CRM/Excel.
✅ Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
✅ Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents
Requirements
✔ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
✔ Positive attitude and convincing ability.
✔ Good listening and interpersonal skills.
✔ Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
✔ Previous experience in Telecalling, Counseling, Sales, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
