Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. Additional qualification such as MBA (Finance), CFA, CS, CMA will be an added advantage.
Experience:
· 12–18+ years of post-qualification experience.
· Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing the complete Finance & Accounts function.
· Experience in Manufacturing, Luxury Furniture, Interior Fit-out, Construction, or Engineering industries preferred.
· Hands-on experience in handling multiple companies/entities.
Job Summary
The Head of Finance & Accounts / CFO will lead the entire Finance & Accounts function of the organization and act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director. The role is responsible for financial planning, accounting, taxation, treasury, statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS, audits, costing, inventory controls, ERP implementation, risk management, and business profitability while ensuring complete financial governance and statutory compliance.
