Job Description:
We are hiring a Computer Service Engineer to handle Laptop, Desktop and Printer service support at our HP Showroom in Salem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system installation, LAN networking, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Laptops, Desktops and printers
- Server based LAN network configuration and maintenance
- Software installation and OS setup
- Customer site visits and service reporting
- Support showroom service operations and AMC customers
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree in Computer or Electronics
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred
- Must have knowledge of LAN, Server , Windows installation, and printer configuration
- Should be a resident of Salem
- Two-wheeler preferred for on-site service visits
