Job Title: Trainee HR Executive (Earthitects)

Job Purpose
To act as the primary on-site HR representative for Earthitects employees, ensuring seamless HR operations, onboarding, effective employee engagement, meeting contractors for compliance adherence and alignment with organizational HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Site HR Management

Serve as the first point of contact for all Earthitects employees at the site.
- Handle routine employee interactions, requests, and support requirements at the site.
- Ensure a strong on-ground HR presence and employee support system.
2. HR Coordination & Policy Implementation

Coordinate closely with the corporate HR team at Evolve Back for implementation of HR policies, processes, initiatives and compliances.
- Ensure smooth pre and post Onboarding of new employee.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and HR frameworks at the site.
3. Business & Managerial Support

Collaborate with managers and site teams to support people-related matters.
- Assist in workforce coordination, issue resolution, and HR-related decision support.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication

Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and workplace culture.
- Maintain regular employee connects and feedback mechanisms.
- Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and transparency.
5. HR Operations & Administration

Support HR operations including employee documentation, records management, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure timely coordination, follow-ups, and closure of HR-related actions.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Assist in Payroll process.
