About the Role
Team One Composites is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Design Engineers to join our growing engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about mechanical design and eager to build a career in the composites manufacturing industry.
Selected candidates will undergo a structured 3–6 month training program to gain practical exposure to engineering design, manufacturing drawings, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and assemblies using CATIA.
- Prepare manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
- Modify existing drawings based on engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation.
- Assist senior design engineers in product development activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of CATIA
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Good learning attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Eligibility
- ITI (Mechanical/Draughtsman Mechanical)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
