We are hiring a Business Growth Specialist to play a key role in scaling our revenue and expanding our market presence. This position calls for someone who combines strong communication skills with a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities and convert them into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initial client conversations to assess business requirements and deliver compelling solution pitches.
- Maintain an active follow-up cadence with prospects via calls, emails, and digital messaging to move deals forward.
- Drive lead generation initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team using digital and outbound channels.
- Document and manage lead pipelines and interaction history within the CRM platform.
- Handle client negotiations and address concerns with confidence to close business effectively.
- Contribute to the design and execution of targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with onboarding and account teams for seamless client integration.
- Track industry trends and competitive intelligence to continuously improve growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High proficiency in communication, capable of articulating value propositions clearly across verbal and written formats.
- Proven or developing skills in persuasion, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and WhatsApp Business outreach is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Independent, driven, and solution-focused in approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
