About the Role
Marconix Sales Solutions is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Administration. Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates
- Post jobs on hiring portals
- Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Support employee engagement activities
- Assist with HR operations and recruitment projects
- Prepare HR reports using MS Excel
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA (HR), BBM, B.Com, BA, M.Com, MSW or equivalent
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome
- Good communication and basic MS Office skills
