Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Salary Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Prepare salary statements, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
- Handle final settlement (Full & Final) of employees.
PF, ESIC & Statutory Compliance
- Create and upload monthly EPF and ESIC challans.
- Generate ECR files and ensure timely PF contribution uploads.
- Process ESIC monthly contributions and employee registrations.
- Handle PF and ESIC employee onboarding, exits, transfers, and corrections.
- Coordinate with government portals for statutory compliance.
- Maintain statutory registers and HR compliance documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with labor laws.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and HR policies.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and monthly HR dashboards.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare employment contracts, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain confidential employee information and HR documentation.
- Assist during internal and external statutory audits.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Hands-on experience with EPF & ESIC portals.
- Experience in PF Challan Creation, ECR Generation, and Upload.
- Experience in ESIC Challan Generation and Upload.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- End-to-end recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience using PF/ESIC portals and payroll software is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
