Job Summary:
Swami Devi Dyal Group of Professional Institutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Soft Skills Trainer & Placement Coordinator to enhance student employability and manage placement activities effectively. The ideal candidate should have expertise in training students in communication, personality development, interview skills, and career readiness while also handling placement cell operations and coordinating with recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:Soft Skills Training:
- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, confidence building, leadership, and teamwork.
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and aptitude rounds.
- Improve students’ presentation skills, professional etiquette, and workplace behavior.
- Design and implement training modules for overall student development.
- Assess student progress and provide personalized guidance.
Placement Coordination:
- Manage the complete functioning of the Placement Cell.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for campus placements.
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment activities.
- Guide students regarding career opportunities and placement readiness.
- Maintain placement records, reports, and recruiter database.
- Coordinate with departments for student placement planning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: MBA will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training and placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and corporate relations skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
- Good knowledge of placement processes and recruitment trends.
