Job Job Description:
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction programs
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
- Ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience
HR Operations
- Provide day-to-day operational HR support
- Manage HR processes including documentation, policy implementation, and compliance
- Drive and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles
Employee Relations
- Support HRBP in executing strategic HR initiatives
- Ensure proactive communication and effective policy implementation
- Maintain and update HRIS records
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (preferred)
Key Skills
- Strong interpersonal Skill
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS tool.
