Job Summary
Primary Goal: Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to solve business problems and guide strategy, present data visuals and charts as required
Data Analyst to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. You will conduct full lifecycle analysis, including requirements gathering, pipeline monitoring, and dashboard design. Your primary goal is to help our teams understand performance and predict future trends
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Collection: Gather data from primary and secondary sources, maintaining database systems.
· Data Cleaning: Filter and clean data, fixing code errors and data quality issues.
· Data Analysis: Use statistical techniques to spot trends, patterns, and correlations in datasets.
· Reporting & Visualization: Build reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
· Collaboration: Work with management and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and process improvements
· Provide continuous support to Project focal & Team members for any issues
· Liaison with all project stakeholders, both internal and external for smooth project execution
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
· Experience with programming languages like Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
· Deep experience building clear, impactful data visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
· Advanced Excel skills. Mastery of advanced Excel functions (Index/Match, Power Query, Pivot Tables)
· Analytical Mindset: Strong mathematical ability with an understanding of basic statistics (A/B testing, regression, distributions)
Soft Skills:
· Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and clear communication to translate data into plain language
Experience
· Should have 2+ years of relevant experience working directly in a data analytics or business intelligence role
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
