Overview:
Location: Hyderabad Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
The Senior Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines, while providing technical leadership and mentorship across the engineering team.

Design and develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards.

Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications, ensuring consistent adherence to requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Lead complex peer code reviews and provide strategic insight on the broader impact of software changes across the product.

Contribute to the implementation of a delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance practices.

Research and resolve complex escalations for production and software code issues to ensure the ongoing stability of the application.

Mentor, coach, and provide actionable feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

C#, C/C++, .NET, Database, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS or Azure)

6+ years of experience in software development or a related engineering discipline.

Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including C/C++, C#, Objective C, Java , Python or JavaScript.

Demonstrated experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, and continuous software delivery practices.

Experience with test automation, continuous integration tools, and software application testing methodologies.

Experience working in Windows and/or Linux development environments using open-source tools and platforms.

Strong experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners toward shared goals.
