Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding processes, and day-today HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Support in sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screening calls and maintain candidate database.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback reports.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
3. Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Coordinate documentation and induction formalities.
- Support in preparing welcome kits and orientation materials.
4. HR Operations:
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Assist in updating HRMIS or internal HR software.
5. Exit Formalities Support:
- Assist in exit interview coordination and documentation.
- Support in clearance process and record maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PG in HR.
- Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
