Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of our healthcare IT solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical concepts and healthcare industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to healthcare data analytics.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare data sets.
- Support the implementation process for our healthcare IT solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, assess needs, and customize solutions to meet their specific goals and objectives.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in utilizing our technology solutions effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Monitor performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization to enhance client satisfaction and maximize value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
