Job Summary
NVT is looking for a smart and enthusiastic Procurement Administrator to support the procurement team. This role involves managing all invoicing, billing, and procurement activities for the school. Ensures timely processing of vendor payments, and procurement of school supplies in line with budget and policy.
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
2) Obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.
3) Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
4) Negotiate with the Vendors to ensure best contracts.
5) Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
6) Follow up with school and vendors on indents, delivery schedules, invoice submission, and payment processing.
