Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and gather news from reporters, agencies, social media, and other reliable sources.
- Coordinate with reporters teams to ensure timely news coverage.
- Assign stories to reporters and follow up on updates.
- Verify information before forwarding it to the editorial team.
- Prioritize breaking news and ensure quick communication with the newsroom.
- Coordinate with the output, video, and digital teams for smooth news flow.
- Maintain regular communication with field reporters across Odisha.
- Ensure timely and accurate news input throughout the day.
Skills Required:
- Strong news judgment and coordination skills.
- Good communication and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of current affairs and the digital news ecosystem.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle breaking news.
- Basic knowledge of newsroom software and MS Office.
Qualifucation: Journalism
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
