About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Agency, with expertise in handling both IT and Non-IT hiring. The role requires strong sourcing skills using Naukri Resdex, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Agency.
- Experience handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
- Master's degree in any discipline.
- HR certification will be an added advantage.
