Job Title: Sales Head – Diagnostics & Logistics

Role Summary
Lead sales and business development initiatives for diagnostic services and healthcare logistics operations. Drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and manage key accounts across hospitals, laboratories, healthcare providers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities in diagnostics and healthcare logistics.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, corporates, and healthcare networks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and customer retention goals.
- Requirements
- Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare services, medical logistics, or healthcare supply chain sales.
- Strong network within hospitals, labs, and healthcare institutions.
- Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
