Position: Telecaller
Location: Office-based (Shivajinagar, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, MH)

Key Responsibilities
- Client outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services.
- Lead generation: Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations.
- Customer engagement: Explain advertising services clearly and persuasively.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with interested clients to close deals.
- Record keeping: Update call logs, client details, and feedback in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Team collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
✅ Requirements
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and/or Gujarati.
- Persuasion ability: Confident in convincing clients over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience: Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Work ethic: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
