Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare reports on calling activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate (as applicable).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Multilingual communication ability.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
