Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
3. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance
- Identify training and development needs
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Ensure HR policies are updated and communicated effectively
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and maintain documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5+ years of HR experience (depending on role level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Preferred Skills
Knowledge about AI platform.
- Experience in recruitment platforms and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
