Job Description – Sales Coordinator
Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing quotations, sales orders, customer communication, dispatch coordination, MIS reporting. The role ensures timely execution of sales operations while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordination with Field Sales Person and Service Engineers for day to day work
· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders acknowledgements.
· Coordinate with stores, logistics, finance, and service teams for order execution.
· Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
· Maintain customer records.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
· Coordinate with distributors and key customers.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Proficiency in MS-Office ( Excellency)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
