Job Summary:
The Facade Manager will be responsible for managing façade cleaning operations across sites, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, manpower management, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise façade cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and deploy manpower effectively as per site requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance of manpower.
- Ensure proper execution of façade cleaning activities as per SOPs and safety standards.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and within timelines.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain MIS reports for management review and operational tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain incident/safety reports.
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment, tools, and machines to ensure proper maintenance and usage.
- Control operational costs by optimizing manpower utilization and reducing wastage.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity across all assigned sites.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and support mobilization of new projects.

Pay: ₹30,321.04 - ₹62,014.95 per month
