- Job profile:- Communication over call with our channel partners and generate sale from them.
Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (The candidates who are living in nearest areas of Alambagh native or permanent resident Lucknow will be shortlist for Interview.)
Key skills:-
- Excellent communication skills in English in both verbal and written.
- Well versed in MS Excel, Office.
- PPT presentation skill.
Job responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Shopee (Franchise).
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shopee (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
Salary:- Rs,15,000-30,000/- per month + incentives + benefits + others.
THE INTERVIEW WILL HELD ONLY IN FACE TO FACE MODE IN LUCKNOW, U.P. HEAD OFFICE IN WEEK DAYS B/W 02 TO 05 PM.
