1. Organize & conduct orientation
2. Training all the new employees joining the organization on business products.
3. Identify the training needs of sales team and provide adequate support
4. Training need analysis to be conducted on periodically to understand the gaps
5. Conduct behavior & leadership trainings to the team
6. Providing support & guidance to trainees throughout the learning process.
7. Excellent communication skills & convincing skills
8. Passion for teaching & mentoring
9. Have experienced in solar market
