We are looking for an Assistant Clinic Manager who will support daily clinic operations, guide patients, and help increase patient satisfaction and revenue. The role requires a balance of patient handling, team coordination, and basic sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Handling & Counselling
- Guide patients about treatments in a clear and simple way
- Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable services
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Convert enquiries into treatments
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote clinic services and packages
3. Clinic Operations
- Support daily clinic activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage appointments and patient flow
- Maintain cleanliness and overall clinic standards
4. Team Coordination
- Work closely with doctors and clinic staff
- Support front desk and operations team
- Ensure good teamwork and communication
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain patient records and data
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Share daily and monthly reports with management
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in dermatology/aesthetic clinic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
