About the Role
WnR Advisory is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our remote technology team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience by working on live client projects. You will primarily be responsible for fixing bugs, implementing small enhancements, and providing technical support for both completed and ongoing web applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve bugs and issues reported by clients and internal teams.
* Develop and deploy small feature enhancements.
* Handle technical support requests and change requests.
* Assist the development team in ongoing projects.
* Test and verify fixes before deployment.
* Monitor application health and report issues proactively.
* Maintain documentation of bugs, fixes, and support activities.
* Collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers remotely.
* Ensure timely resolution of assigned tasks.
Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of JavaScript), CSS
* Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express js
* Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Supabase is a plus).
* Basic understanding of REST APIs.
* Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
* Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Eligibility
* B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, or related field).
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Internship or personal projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
