Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated dentist with expertise in Invisalign treatment or willing to learn to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care, an excellent command of the English language, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who is skilled not only in clinical practice but also in sales, marketing, and maintaining a strong online presence through social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, plan, and provide Invisalign treatment to patients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct routine dental examinations, provide treatments, and perform dental procedures with a focus on patient comfort.
- Stay up to date with the latest dental practices and technology, especially in the field of orthodontics and Invisalign.
- Manage and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on dental hygiene, oral health, and the benefits of Invisalign.
- Assist in the development of customized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations.
Non-Clinical Responsibilities:
- Assist in clinic operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and management of appointments.
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies by promoting Invisalign treatments to prospective patients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth patient experience, from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with current and potential patients, sharing success stories, tips, and educational content.
- Help create and implement digital marketing strategies that enhance the clinic's online presence.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel valued and confident in their treatment plans.
Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in sales efforts, offering Invisalign treatments and educating patients on their options.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s marketing team to build campaigns that highlight the clinic’s success stories and showcase patient transformations.
- Leverage social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engage with a wider audience, and attract new patients.
- Foster strong relationships with existing patients to encourage referrals and repeat visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS)
- Certification and experience in providing Invisalign treatment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and promoting dental services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for marketing and patient engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service skills.
- Experience in both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
