We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex product-driven programs that deliver impactful solutions to customers. This role requires a strong focus on driving product innovation, managing the product lifecycle, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to define roadmaps, execute on deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the end-to-end delivery of highly complex, cross-functional technical programs that drive transformative business impact.
- Act as a key decision-maker, bridging engineering / product teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on system architecture, development priorities, and implementation strategies.
- Drive seamless execution across multiple interrelated projects, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities to achieve program objectives.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring and empowering program managers and project teams, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Define, articulate, and execute visionary program strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals, ensuring scalability, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in a FinTech environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical project management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and scale effective processes while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes, expertly balancing structure with agility.
- Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of the broader objectives, enabling you to decompose ambitious projects into manageable parts and execute them effectively.
- Strong capability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively across diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; skilled in collaboration and open, candid communication with team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid technical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret technical designs, challenges, and risks.
- Proactively identify and address issues and dependencies, collaborating with leadership and the team to devise preventative strategies and resolve challenges.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and advanced reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment
- Familiarity with customer feedback loops, Voice of the Customer (VoC) processes, and user experience research.
- Hands-on technical background in software development or systems architecture, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
