Job Summary
Career Fixx is looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to our brand's digital presence through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Career Fixx's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video and graphic content
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop creative marketing ideas to promote courses and services
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Experience in content creation or social media management is preferred
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar editing tools
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
