Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records and daily data entries
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare invoices, payment entries & receipts
- Maintain day-to-day records and document filing
- Process accounting entries from Purchase Order to Dispatch
- Maintain records accurately in Tally ERP
- Handle emails and routine office accounting work
- Prepare and maintain customer & vendor ledgers
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Maintain purchase and sales registers
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
- Maintain stock-related accounting records
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents
- Support month-end accounting and reporting activities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
