Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and brand development of our wellness centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, strengthening brand visibility, managing digital and offline campaigns, and supporting revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Identify target markets and create strategies to attract and retain clients
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage website, SEO, and online presence
- Plan and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Track digital analytics and optimize performance
3. Brand Management
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Develop promotional materials, brochures, and newsletters
- Ensure visual identity and communication align with the centre’s values
4. Client Acquisition & Retention
- Develop promotional campaigns for wellness programs and services
- Create referral programs and partnership initiatives
- Support membership growth and client engagement strategies
5. Events & Partnerships
- Organize wellness workshops, health camps, and promotional events
- Build partnerships with corporates, gyms, clinics, and community organizations
- Represent the wellness centre at networking events
6. Budget & Reporting
- Manage marketing budget effectively
- Monitor ROI and prepare monthly marketing performance reports
- Recommend improvements based on data insights
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of marketing experience (healthcare/wellness industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in campaign management and brand strategy
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
