Position Overview
We are looking for an Import & Export Executive to manage import/export documentation, coordinate international shipments, and support overseas business operations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Open to international travel as per business requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage import and export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Prepare documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, AWB, BL, and BOE.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and communicate with international customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, IEC, and other import/export regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for timely execution.
- Maintain import/export records and prepare basic MIS reports.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or international business
- Good knowledge of MS Office and international trade documentation.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
