Position: Regional Sales Manager

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across 1–2 states, managing a large field sales team, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening market presence. The role requires strong experience in the two-wheeler financing ecosystem, dealer management, and regional sales leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Territory Management
- Manage and drive sales performance across 1–2 states.
- Develop strategies to increase product penetration and market share in the assigned region.
- Ensure consistent sales productivity and revenue growth.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a large field sales team of 60–70 members.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular guidance to the team.
- Conduct product and process training to ensure a smooth customer financing journey.
Market Expansion
- Drive regional expansion initiatives, identifying new dealer partners and business opportunities.
- Ensure strong market visibility and presence across the territory.
Dealer & OEM Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and regional OEM teams.
- Support dealer partners in increasing financing adoption and sales growth.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure process compliance in sourcing and portfolio building.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflow.
Recruitment & Team Development
- Work closely with HR to ensure timely hiring of quality sales talent.
- Develop and mentor the team to build a high-performance sales culture.
Portfolio & Risk Management
- Maintain portfolio quality by coordinating with credit and collections teams.
- Monitor risk indicators and ensure healthy portfolio performance.
Market Intelligence
- Identify and report market trends, competitor activity, and regional insights to management.
Candidate Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience in the two-wheeler industry.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in team handling and sales leadership roles.
- Must have 100% experience in the two-wheeler ecosystem (OEM / NBFC / Auto Finance).
- Candidates should have managed the complete Gujarat region in their previous role.
- Strong experience in dealer network management and market expansion.
- Cross-selling profiles will not be considered.
