Job Description: Engineering Analyst/Sr. Engineering analyst.
We are seeking a data-driven specialist with 3–6 years of experience to manage, optimize, and extract value from our data infrastructure. You will design efficient data pipelines, write complex analytical queries, and translate raw data into actionable business insights.
Mandatory Requirement
* **Work Location:** Hybrid model is mandatory. Candidates must be able to commute to our office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram on designated days.
Technical Skills
* **Python Proficiency:** 3–5 years of experience writing clean, scalable, and automated data scripts.
* **Advanced SQL:** Expertise in writing complex queries, window functions, and performance tuning.
* **Database Mastery:** Deep hands-on experience with either PostgreSQL or Amazon Redshift.
* **Data Modeling:** Strong ability to design structured schemas, star schemas, and data tables.
* **ETL/ELT Pipelines:** Proven track record of building and maintaining reliable data workflows.
Soft Skills & Competencies
* **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to dissect complex business problems and back solutions with data.
