Responsibilities:
1) Lead design development for assigned projects.
2) Strong skills in CAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
3) Experience in mid-rise to high-rise residential projects.
4) Coordinate with consultants and site teams for GFC drawings and approvals.
5) Mentor junior staff; review and ensure timely, accurate drawings.
6) Manage multiple projects (3–4) with adherence to codes, regulations, and deadlines.
7) Conduct site visits and attend coordination meetings as required.
8) Ensure quality, compliance, and smooth project delivery.
