Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages as per café standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Assist with billing and cash handling when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café.
- Support day-to-day café operations and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, bakery, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
